ŻABKA POLSKA is a company owning the largest chain of convenience stores in Poland, run under the Żabka brand. The 15th anniversary of the company constitutes an excellent occasion not only to present the results and plans for development, but it is also an important event in the life of each company, especially as the leader in its sector.

The creative concept – GREEN LIGHT – which is consistent with the company’s identification determines the key message – we are open to the market, our strategy is based on creating conditions for development of small businesses – it is nothing more than a green light for business.


ŻABKA POLSKA S.A. entrusted the organisation of two events to us: a GALA ball for investors, shareholders and strategic business partners (350 people) and a GALA ball for employees of the company (550 people).

The first one took place in the conference rooms of the IBB Andersia Hotel Poznań.

Green was dominating the arrangement of the space where the meeting took place. The appearance of the President of the Company’s Management Board was preceded by a futuristic presentation in the form of 3D mapping showing the position of the company and plans for further development. The star of the evening was Natasza Urbańska with artists from the Buffo Theatre. There was also dance music played by the 9-people D-TONACJA orchestra, barman shows and a festive cake with the logo of the event. The programme was hosted by Marcin Prokop.

The second event took place at the Venue of International Lands of the Poznań Expos listed by experts as being among the best large concert and opera venues in Poland concerning acoustics. The concert of T-LOVE and D-TONACJA, the show by the Multivisual group, a photo booth, a green box, special multimedia setting made the event memorable for the participants of the event.


The result of our activities was the strengthening of the image of ŻABKA as the best business partner being the largest centralised and formatted chain of convenience stores in Central and Eastern Europe.
